*Big Rocks* Strategy Session
Some of the most common questions we receive each week include: how to stay in your 20% priorities (your "Big Rocks"); tips for time blocking/ time management; suggestions on finding and training new hires; and actionable advice to improve or get started with creating business systems. Operations is our superpower so we're always happy to chat about it! During this 30-minute session we'll discuss your current biggest daily challenges and mastermind around the people, systems, and/or tools you may need to get you to that next level.

Customized Google Sites
We used to call it a "training website", but it's truly so much more! With one of our customized google sites, you can provide your team with centralized access to all of your operational procedures and learning resources. You can also choose to create a google site specifically for branding purposes, such as having a custom site filled with client-only resources. This underutilized tool is the ultimate leverage for Small Business Owners. During this discovery meeting you'll get to view an active site, and we'll discuss your high-level needs and the vision for your site.

Brand & Marketing Strategy Session
The fun creative side of operations is marketing. Yet this goes far beyond having a nice logo and posting random videos online. To have a strong digital footprint, your marketing needs to have a succinct presence on all platforms, have a consistent pattern of communication, and most importantly deliver content that resonates with your ideal customers. During this 90 minute session, we will do a deep dive into your current marketing strategy, and you'll leave with a specific action plan to enhance your online presence to get more leads.

Your branding is an extension of you and your values. It deserves to shine! Before we can design something special and fitting for you, we need to understand what the vision is for your brand and business. We'll meet for a 30-minute Zoom call to go over what brand elements are important to you, including colors and/or imagery. Then we'll help refine that vision and bring life to your brand designs. You'll receive full PDF, PNG, and SVG source files upon order completion.

We enjoy partnering with other individuals starting or growing a small business. We provide guidance and support to help you find clarity around your vision in order to grow. We'll help you define your ideal customer base, advise on a branding and marketing strategy, and consult on systems and tools to help preempt the unseen challenges ahead. Because of this, we offer a 1 hour discovery meeting to go over your operations, branding and marketing, or consulting needs.
