Meet Josie Ambroise

Josie Ambroise is the Founder and Systems & Leverage Guru behind A Leveraged Life (A.L.L.) and currently serves as the Director of Operations & Marketing for a top-ranking real estate team in Connecticut. Since 2020, Josie has used her superpowers in systems-building and operations management to drive business growth—helping her team eventually double their production!

Over the years, fellow Realtors began turning to Josie for guidance on how to scale and leverage more through systems and strategic support. Gradually she extended her skills and services to work with and coach Entrepreneurs too. Now she regularly mentors clients across the U.S. and Canada. Her positive energy and constant willingness to share her systems and expertise earned her the nickname "Operations Jedi Master". One of Josie's biggest passions in life is helping others overcome their limiting beliefs and achieve success!
