Meet Josie Ambroise

Josie Ambroise is the Founder and Ops, Systems & Leverage Guru behind A Leveraged Life (A.L.L.). She is also the Director of Operations & Marketing for a top-ranking real estate team in Connecticut. Since 2020, Josie has been focused on using her superpowers of creating systems and managing operations to support her team. Thanks in large part to the new processes and training leverage she created and implemented, they were able to achieve 200% growth in business production while also successfully on-boarding several new team members at the same time!

Over the years, Josie became seen as a resource to many of her Realtor colleagues who needed help learning how to maximize their leverage opportunities to advance and grow their businesses. Gradually she extended her skills and services to work with and coach Entrepreneurs too. Now she regularly masterminds with clients across the U.S. and Canada. Her positive energy and constant willingness to share her systems and ideas earned her the special nickname "Operations Jedi Master". One of Josie's biggest passions in life is helping others overcome their limiting beliefs and achieve success!
